Big steps
-Run 200 m with plate (45/25)
-Lunge back 25 steps
-Put plate IN GRASS and run back to gym
-in gym
15 toes to bar
1 rope climb
Go back to plate, lunge 25 steps and repeat until back in gym
FIRST RUN IS to the 400 meter mark. IF YOU DROP MY PLATES ON THE CONCRETE I WILL THROAT PUNCH YOU. PLEASE IN THE GRASS
IF you need to scale, dont bring your plate to the 200 m mark instead.
