If you’d like to not do the snatch work tomorrow i added sumo deadlift high pull. That is only to do in place of the snatchwork. Either or not both
Lifting
Snatch pull complex (Start out at 60% and add 5-10 each set)
1 snatch pull + 3 high hang pulls
Snatch (5 full snatch 70-90%)
Sumo Deadlift High Pull (5×5 @ 115/75)
Metcon
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Amrap 15 mins
Add 3 reps per round
3 toes to bar
3 wall balls (20/14)
40 double unders
