The clean combo is to be done with a partner. The team with the highest combo both get a case of endorush. 2 place gets one case to share.
Lifting
2 squat cleans (Find your heaviest combo)
2 squat cleans
1 from the floor
1 from the hang
Both have to be squat cleans
Metcon
The Chief (AMRAP – Rounds)
Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
3 Power Cleans, 135#/95#
6 Push-ups
9 Squats
Rest 1-minute.
Repeat for a total of 5 cycles
