Partner A- lunges x20 then holds barbell in front rack while partner completes 100 dubs (200 singles). If partner A comes out of front rack position, partner B has to stop jumping rope. Then switch

30 deadlifts while partner holds handstand. Then switch.
Rx= 225/155
Int- 185/125
Scaled- 135/95
Deadlifting partner can only work when partner is in full handstand
