4- SDLHP w/KB (70/50)
5- Box jumps (30/24)
6- Burpees
7- HSPU
8- Wall balls (20/14)
9- barbell row (135/95)
10- Kettlebell swings (70/50)
11- Push Press (135/95)
12-Front Squats
