Each partner carries the other 150 m

15 sit ups

10 burpees

5 ground to oh (95/65)

Partner 1 does one round while partner 2 does amap wallballs. Keep switching until 200 total wall balls are complete.

Partner carry each other again

Time remaining- do more rounds without wall balls

Score is total rounds combined
