I’ve added an at home workout in the event that you wish to stay home to stay away from the general public. The first will include a piece of equipment, the second will be body weight only. If you’d like to check out a jump rope or any other minor equipment to bring home, just come talk to me and we will see what we can do to help. Hopefully this is over sooner than later
