Keep it light and perfect
snatch+ohs (5 sets of this combo building)
1 snatch (squat)+1 OHS
Strength
Dumbbell overhead squat (10 reps each side 3 sets)
Metcon
Metcon (Time)
4 rounds for time
3 squat cleans (185/125)
15 kbs (50/35)
50 double unders
2 rope climbs
