Rounds can be split up any way, but the rounds must be completed by the person that started it.
10 rounds of
400 m run
10 rounds of
150 ft farmers carry 1- (70/50)
15 wall ball shots (20/14)
5 deadlifts (225/155)
For example- partner a can run 400 while partner b completes a round of exercise. That completes one round of each.
