Rowing for cals
Toes to bar
Front rack lunge steps (135/95)
(Each step counts as a rep)
3 mins of each movement per person. When all 3 have done 3 mins of each, then everyone does 100 dubs in 3 mins. If you don’t complete the 100, deduct that number from your teams total. Do this 3 times
We will write teams on the board
If you don’t want to be on a team, you can go solo but have to use the bike
