last week was max out week for snatch and front squat. This week was supposed to be deload week, but we are going to 1 rep max on clean on wednesday. we are also about to start the cardio phase of training. the plan is to build our motors, then go into a strength phase, and then open prep already!!

barbell cycling- each set unbroken. pick a weight that allows each set to be unbroken. enter your last set
