15-Minute AMRAP of:
9 Deadlifts, 155# / 100#
12 Push-ups
15 Box Jumps, 24″ / 20″
Strength
Front back squats
Emom x 10
2 front squats
2 back squats
Same weight for both. Pick a weight that you can do all 10 rounds. Ex- 50% of 1rm backsquat
