This also ends our endurance phase of training. You can expect to see some much heavier wods through november, then we begin open prep!
Clean + FS (5x combo @ 90% 1rm clean)

or 1 squat clean + 1 front squat
Head to toe (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
