CrossFit FYR – CrossFit

this is week 8 of our strength cycle. the next 2 weeks we max out!
This also ends our endurance phase of training. You can expect to see some much heavier wods through november, then we begin open prep!

Strength

Clean + FS (5x combo @ 90% 1rm clean)

1 power clean

2 FS

or 1 squat clean + 1 front squat

Head to toe (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
