SKILL TRANSFER EXERCISES:
1. Snatch Push Press
2. Overhead Squat
3. Heaving Snatch Balance
4. Snatch Balance without a dip
5. Snatch Balance with a dip
Lifting
Snatch (Find 1 rep max (20 mins))
Metcon
Metcon (Weight)
Every 2:30- 5 sets
-3 snatch @ 80% of 1rm found today
-10 bar over burpees
