Since we are doing the 31 heroes wod on Saturday, we are gonna honor a Crossfit fyr hero today. Billy was our first paying member! He always goes out of his way to help me do anything that needs to be done at the gym and then some. He’s an all around great guy, and he’s not bad at Crossfit for being so old! Happy birthday coach billy Tadlock!
Coach Nancy is my longest running coach. She’s been the best instructor this gym could imagine having. We all love you Nancy! Thanks for all that you do! I couldn’t do it without you.
