    Hi julie, I just had one question. I noticed when Whitney was doing her wall ball she’s remained flat-footed. Is that consider more efficient to remain in the heels when attempting to wall ball. I often find myself coming onto my toes when attempting to wall ball especially in the later rounds of the wod.

      Hi Rashad! Whitney has really good ankle mobility so it’s easy for her to stay in her heels. It is ok to go onto the toes however when pushing the ball from the shoulders to over head
