25 Pull-ups
100ft Sled Push (as heavy as possible)
25 Pull-ups
100ft Sled Push (as heavy as possible)

100ft Sled Push (as heavy as possible)
25 Pull-ups
100ft Sled Push (as heavy as possible)
For time, with a partner. Workout starts with a 100ft. Sled Push. Partners will then take turns trying to reach 100 Pull-ups. Every 25 Pull-ups teams will break and push the Sled for 100ft. Break up the Pull-ups and Sled Pushes as needed while keeping the work load even.
