GHD or Ab-mat corn hole toss
1 vs 1 GHD Corn hole. Immediately after performing a GHD sit up you will toss your bean bag. Bean bag should be leaving your hand as you complete the movement. Corn hole will be provided. Scores will go to 10. Ab-mat sit ups can be done as scale if needed.
