Kettlebell Compound (Time)
10 KB Swing
10 Goblet Squat
10 Push Press (Each side)
Rest 45 seconds
Perform the work @ a steady pace. Record time for 1st round (minus the rest time)
GOAL: perform the remaining rounds in the same time (or less) as the 1st round
Weight: You pick. It’s Sunday. Choose a weight to keep your individual movements unbroken, but don’t cheat yourself. I’ll be watching 😉
