Rx+ with a weight vest (20/14)

Amrap 18
Add 3 reps each round
Rx + with weight vest
3 pull ups
3 box overs (24/20) (can be step over)
3 sit ups
You can ONLY RX + the second wod IF you wore a vest for the first. Even if you wear a vest for second wod, it doesn’t count as RX+ unless the first was done with a vest as well
